TESS Management was launched 1 September 2009, to replace Independent Models – and owners Tori Edwards and Sian Steel (TESS) couldn’t be more excited about the challenge that lies ahead.

“This new venture gives us the opportunity to utilise the experience we have gained over the last two decades and enables us to focus on offering structured personal management to a select number of clients”.

The duo, who have decades of fashion industry experience between them, have developed and nurtured some of the industry’s most familiar faces; including Erin O’Connor, Georgia Jagger, Karen Elson, Naomi Campbell, Jerry Hall, Thandie Newton, Elizabeth Jagger and Elizabeth Hurley – all of whom they will continue to represent at Tess Management.
