About the Model
Born in Guarulhos, Brazil. At just 16 years old, the young brunette was discovered while taking a dance class at the gym. A model-course teacher who taught in the same facility spotted Sozzi, and put her career into motion.
After walking into Marilyn Agency (currently known as Way Model Management) in her mid teens, Renata’s life went from average student, to rising star. Although Sozzi’s cheeks were flushed with nerves during her first runway, the fresh-faced model overcame her timid disposition.
She made her way onto the catwalk for a number of designers and brands including: Acquastudio, Alessa, Alexa Chung for Madewell, Alice + Olivia, Andreia Marques, Brian Reyes, Filhas de Gaia, Graça Ottoni, Juan Carlos Obando, Louis Vuitton, Maria Bonita Extra, Melk-Z-Da, New Order, Nica Kessler, Patachou, Rachel Roy, Tory Burch, Victor de Souza, and Victor Dzenk. She has further appeared in ad campaigns for 2nd Floor, Cris Barros, Mixed, Naguchi, Paula Cahen D’Anvers, and United Colors of Benetton.
If not for modeling, Sozzi would be going to college to pursue a career in journalism. Like many others her age, she enjoys meeting new people and gathering with old friends to have a barbeque or go bicycling. The Brazilian model is always traveling and on the job, often times overcome with nostalgia. Sozzi sacrificed it all however so she could instead appear on the covers of big-time magazines such as Le Lis Blanc and Vogue. I think we can agree that it’s worth it!
This green-eyed beauty has many times been told that she resembles Isabeli Fontana. Despite the likeness of the two models, Sozzi is nothing short of unique, with excellent prospects for the future.
